This gorgeous home is large, furnished, has huge undercover entertainment area surrounded in lovely garden area, with bbq and outdoor settings, large chef style kitchen with full appliances. We are looking for a mature minded, well grounded straight person, must be very clean and tidy, as home is always kept immaculate, must pitch in with housework without having to be asked, as you would have to clean if you lived on your own. Shops handy 10mins walk, eg.McDonalds, Subway, BP, Night Owl, Fruit/Coffee Shop, Eagle Boys Pizza, Noodle Box, Video Store, Restaurant, Bottleshop, Hairdresser, ATM..... We are friendly, tidy, clean respectful people, who all work hard and study. We have great ethics and values like living in positive environment, with few problems. We occasionally like to have a social, casual bbq, casual drinks, and relax, interests are cooking, gardening, fishing, art, generally keep to ourselves as we work a lot. TO LIVE IN THIS QUALITY HOME YOU MUST pay rent on time, be able to stay minimum 4 months, be independent/own transport, Clean/tidy, Respectful/honest, have great values, MUST contribute to home with housework/gardening, like pets.
